I've been in the help center with 2 different agents, we have deleted my states, deleted my w-2 and manually re-entered everything and yet I still have my state tax withholding as double. This gives me a massive refund but it is easy to see that it is wrong. Neither of the 2 agents on the phone have found a solution yet. Oh we did try to manually override the second identical payment but if you do that then Turbo tax will not let you electronically submit the tax forms. What is going on ? this should be very easy. I've done this for more than 10years.
