As I said in an earlier post, the REASON for this error is how Apple is handling encryption on the Mac.
THE SOLUTION to the problem is simple.
1. REBOOT the machine (totally!)
2. sign into your mac
3) start turbo-tax
4) enter your screensaver password
5) click ALWAYS save (or whatever I said earlier).
Error or bug, it's an APPLE issue
