You will want to delete the schedule C, to get rid of the self employment income. The Schedule C form is used to report income or losses from a business you operated. To delete in TurboTax online, you will follow these steps:
- Click Tax Tools from the left side screen
- Click Tools
- Click Delete a Form
- Look for Schedule C and Schedule C worksheet, click delete beside the form
- Confirm Delete this form
- Verify the form has been removed from the screen
- Click continue my return
