Filing my taxes but my mother(dependent) has a 1095-A
I am filing my taxes but I am getting rejected because my mom has a 1095-A.
My mother is retired and collecting social security but she is not required to do her taxes. She received a 1095-A that covers 3 months out of the year that she had insurance from the market.
Is she required to do her taxes and have her file the required form that reflects 1095-A? Or can I just add the 1099-A under my tax return?
Based on her the 1095-A. It looks like I will owe an additional money regards to my income being high.n
