The subsidy the State of California paid to your health plan, reported on FTB 3895, is different from the federal Premium Tax Credit on the Form 1095-A.

To enter the federal portion in TurboTax Online, you may need to scroll down past the list of questions already entered to the Medical section and click on Show More.

The last option is Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A.)

If you do not have a copy of your Form 1095-A, you can download from HealthCare.Gov or call them at: 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except holidays)
