The form CP-B is to take the pass throught credit from my K1 form and apply it as a credit from my Schedule E. This is in lieu of paying state tax in the usual manner. The partnership (The "Pass throght Entity") pays my indiviidual State tax during the year and reports it on my AL K1, and it is supposed to flow to AL Schedule e CP-B form. This is not currently on my Mac Home and Business download
