Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You need to call customer service and explain what is happening and then request to be transferred to the billing department.  That department is in Mountain time zone and opens at 11:00 AM eastern time Monday through Friday. They close at 3:00 PM Eastern time. No other department can help you with this issue and they have no direct number.  Must talk to them between those hours.  If customer service person does not know how to transfer you then ask for a manager.
