Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have the same problem.  Bought a CD for DLX 2022 and installed it using the CD onto my desktop. No issue. Then I copied the CD files onto a USB and from the USB copied the files to a laptop hard disk.  All Win 10.  The laptop installed from the copied files fine, and asked me to put down the license code and signed in on my intuit account.  All good, install on the laptop a success.  Then, I copied the CD files onto another USB and have my son install it on his laptop, from the USB.  He got the "..license code ...associate with another account..." message and install stopped. I called Turbotax, and was told to uninstall and reinstall.  No luck. There was no uninstall since the install was not successful.  Called again the next day, for an hour the lady tried to solve it for me by asking her supervisor.... back and forth for an hour.  Finally, she said her sup said since I bought the CD from Amazon, I have to go to Amazon to resolve it.  However, for good grace, she would sell me a new license for 10% discount.  I told the lady this was not acceptable but she didn't know what to do - she could not give me a new license code to get over this problem, no authority.  Her supervisor is called MS Saith B.  Then Saith said may be Amazon sold me a used license.   Not the lady's fault, she doesn't know much.  The supervisor did not want to understand. I want to write a formal complain to Turbotax. Anybody know where I could write to? Please help.  I am not the only one who has this problem.  I noticed it is a problem dated back several years back.  Passing the buck is not good customer service.  Turbotax treats customers like sh....
