Can I be reimbursed for my filing fees since I was charged $39 for my federal and $39 for state and I had a simple return????

My husband and I have simple W2's and I had a basic 1099.  I didn't have itemized deductions.  Only standard.  I did the same thing last year, and it was free.  Can someone help?
