Thank you, I did check my downloaded return and it does have the refund amount it originally stated so I'm not entirely sure what happened but I just wanted to make sure I didn't do something wrong. This is my first year filing married and as an expat with a foreign partner it's been really stressful trying to make sure I do things right and I think I just panicked, though I do expect my refund amount might change once I mail my return in.
