If you didn't receive a covid stimulus check that was due you, you could have applied for a Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 federal tax return. If you did that but haven't received the payment, you will have to call the IRS and ask about it. Their number is 800-829-1040. If you filed your 2021 return but didn't apply for the rebate, you can amend your return in TurboTax to apply for the credit. You will see an option for that on your home page in TurboTax.
