I think you’re referring to a 1095-A. To post or make change, please follow these steps.
On the sidebar select Deductions & Credits
- Scroll down to Medical.
- HSA, MSA Contributions
- Medical Expenses
- Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
- If Yes
- Continue
- Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?
- Complete the form.
On the 1095-A, you should not enter "0" zeros. This will cause a Review Error. Simply leave the area blank.
