I've been with credit karma for years and usually I've file with turbo tax expect last year because now we are force to use karma spending account which it will not allow me to open for two year in a row because it can't identify my identity which is weird because I can file for a loan threw them and they are not giving me any choices to fix this beside they will let me know by the end of the year so I'm forced to take my taxes some where else so I can get the advance I was approved for I just wanted to let you guys know this is why you are losing g business
