You don't need to enter the conversion amount. You only need to enter the information from your Form 1099-R. After you answered "Yes" to "this money was rolled over to a Roth IRA account" continue and don't go back to the question. When you check Form 1040 it should say rollover and the amount should be on 5b taxable amount.
If this doesn't help what is in your box 2a?
