Filing Issues

I completed my Turbo Premier and paid my fee.  Now it will not let me complete Step 3 to file.  It states that the IRS is updating the 1099-K.  I am providing information from a 1065-Schedule K1.  Is this the same form? and why is this not available at this time.  It states that I will receive an e-mail when the form is updated. That was 3 days ago.  I called customer service and they had no solution to the problem.  Can I get my money back so I can do something else?
