The review of my state tax return shows the following item needs to be filled out on the Interest Income Worksheet: Prior year distrib - TP must be entered. What is this

I did receive a 1099Q for a distribution from a 529 tuition plan but used it all for my daughter's education expenses.  Would this item be referring to prior year distributions from that 529 plan?
