Fidelity Investments Import not working (online)
For the past multiple days (since 2023-02-08 at least), if I try to import any form (tried 1099-DIV and 1099-R) from Fidelity, it connects fine but then says "Sorry we can't find any form (error 907)".
Others have reported this problem in the downloadable version of Turbotax here and it seems somewhat fixed: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/fidelity-import-not-working-pleas-help/00/1294429
But this is happening for me on the online version (Deluxe) and obviously, there are no ways to "update", and it still isn't working.
Can Turbotax answer once for all where the investigation on this is at and what's the ETA to get this fixed? Fidelity is one of the biggest brokers (and retirement custodian) in the US, that's not quite acceptable.
