You can report the sum total of the income you received and report it as other self-employed income. To do this please follow these steps:
The details of the 1099-NEC are not necessary as long as you report all the income you received.
To enter Other Income, please follow the steps below:
- Open your return.
- Click on Federal Taxes.
- Go to Wages & Income
- Scroll to the bottom under Less Common Income and select Start (or Update) for Miscellaneous Income.
- Scroll to Other reportable income at the end of the list and click start
- Any other taxable income?, Answer Yes
- Enter Description, short-term disability, and amount, and continue
