- How do I start another return in Turbotax CD. I have in the past created 4 taxreturns using CD. I have a new computer thatt does not have ant previous Turbotax info stored.
I was able to start one new return. I closed out and opened Tt again. I selected the blue start a new return, the app is searching for tax files, there are no tax files saved, new computer. Tt has been scrolling searching for tax files for over 15 minutes.
How do I create another return with no tax files stored from the CD?
