No. If you are using the TurboTax Online version it is updated automatically with any and all changes without any action on your part.
TurboTax also has a CD/Download version of the software that many choose to use. This software does update as well, but you must close and open the software for automatic updates or you can choose to update from the menu when you have the software open.
