Get your taxes done using TurboTax

No, you were exempt for 5 years while on the F1 visa (for 5 calendar years 2018-Nov 2022). And you didn't meet the Substantial Presence Test for 2022. You will have to file a nonresident return (1040-NR) for 2022. TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR for a non-resident.  You can prepare your return through a company we partner with called Sprintax

F-1 visa holders are not considered residents until their 6th calendar year in the United States.  At that point, the Substantial Presence Test would need to be met to be considered a resident. Please see IRS Alien Residency Examples for additional information.
