I installed an update to TurboTax that became available this (2023-02-10) morning a little before 8 a.m. Pacific Time. I'm now running TT version 022~000~0407 and the TT executable version 2022.47.17.39 , under Windows-11.
It appears to have fixed the issue with MCTRs of less than $600 (for example $350) being reported via a 1099-MISC form in TurboTax. However, I would encourage other users to test and confirm/debunk accordingly.
