Get your taxes done using TurboTax
A 1095-B is informational. It lets you know about your health coverage. You don't need it in order to file a tax return.
A 1095-A shows health coverage that was purchased through the healthcare.gov marketplace. It has to be added to your return because the government may have subsidized your health care and you may owe them money or they may owe you money.
If the computer asked you if you had a 1095-A and you said "yes" then the system now believes you had health coverage through the healthcare.gov marketplace.
If you did for any part of the year then you need the 1095-A in order to file your return.
If you did not but you clicked 'yes' by accident then you need to delete the form that was generated before you can file. Go to forms->Delete a Form-> and delete the form 8962.
If you did not click 'yes' AND you did not have marketplace coverage AND your return i being rejected by the IRS then that means that for some reason the IRS believes that you had marketplace coverage. That is a hassle. It means that you have to either file your return by mail or contact the IRS in order to get the record corrected.
Here's how to contact the IRS.
