Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Thanks so much for the tip and link.
Regretfully, that does not resolve my problem.
I'm using a new 2023 Surface Laptop Go 2 with video drivers with current dates, and all are up to date.
I agree that Turbotax is having a problem with video drivers, but it's not because mine are old...
Interestingly, I found that I can get it to work if I fiddle with things a bit. So until TurboTax provides an update, maybe this will help others, too.
1. To get blank screens to appear, switch to another application and come back (Alt-Tab works well for this).
2. That will likely bring the content to your blank screen, but not functionality - meaning, you won't be able to click or enter information.
3. To bring functionality, shift to your display driver and change the screen resolution - preferably to a higher resolution / more content on the screen.
4. You should now be able to add your content and proceed to login, to complete a purchase, etc.
5. You can then switch back to your normal display resolution.
Hope that helps! And I hope Intuit provides a software fix to more easily address the problem. 🙂
