I completed my taxes yesterday and the same issue is still going on. They have a date of 2/9/23 to fix it. My federal was accepted but not Kansas. If I end up having to mail my Kansas return in, then I won't be back next year to complete my taxes with this company. I paid $138. to have my taxes covered, then this happens. Such an inconvenience to customers.
