You report your European Bank Accounts on Form 8938 if those accounts are more than $50,000.  Also if they are more than $10,000, you will need to file an FBAR with the US Treasury Dept. Please click here for more details.

if you have a filing requirement for an 8938 and if your foreign account exceed $50K, go to the search bar in the upper right portion of your return and type 8938.  There will be a link that says "jump to 8938".  Select that then there will be a series of questions asking you about your Foreign Financial Accounts.

if you do not have the reporting requirement listed above but need to enter dividend/interest information, you can get around this issue by indicating you wish to type the forms themselves. Here you can report interest and dividends and still remain in the free version.

You may also wish to go to tax tools, tools, delete a form.  If form 8938 is listed, delete this form, in addition to any 1099 Forms that relate to foreign dividends or interest.
