Hello, I also was trying to help file my dad's tax returns. His federal return was accepted however the state return was rejected due to KS-40RSV. He is only 42, therefor that form does not pertain to him. I tried deleting the form but only saw an option to delete the K-40, I chose that one. I am now having issues because it seems as if this form is for an amended return. I do not want to amend my return and I cannot complete the state return until I check that box. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
