What part of 'speaking to an agent' in my original post did you not understand?  Further information about that > 2-hr conversation:  At the end, she tried to send me to someone further up the line [more power] to help me.  After she did that, I spent MANY minutes listening to a silent phone before finally hanging up in [further] frustration.  I called back today, spending MORE time speaking with another agent.  Her final suggestion?  "Enter the information by hand."

 

Original post:  "I spent > 2 hours on the phone to a TurboTax customer-support specialist trying to get this problem resolved - without success.  I have the Deluxe version, which seems to only allow one download [that is not mentioned anywhere].  She tried to upgrade me to Premier, I tried to purchase the upgrade to Premier.  Nothing worked"
