Thanks for the message saying HRB was rejected. I was about to embark on the HRB experiment.
It's just like getting stuck in traffic, a complete standstill. You don't know know when, or if, the accident a mile up will be cleared. So you debate jumping the center median in your SUV and using Google Maps to reroute you... maybe... I always choose jumping the median. At least you're doing something. But, in this case I think saying in line, waiting for the fix which the IRS says on their project list will be late Feb or mid-Mar is the best option.
