As xmasbaby0 said, you can manually enter bank interest.  Please follow these steps:

1. On the left side of your screen click where it says "Wages & Income"
2. Scroll down to "investments and savings" and click "Show more" or "Edit/Add", whichever shows
3. Click on "Add Investments"
4. Click Continue
5. Scroll down and click on "Enter a different way"
6. Click on the box that says "Interest", then continue
7. Scroll down and click on "Type it in myself"
8. With the bank 1099-INT in your hand enter the details as they are called for the name of the institution and the interest in Box 1, click continue
9. Answer the remaining questions and you are done entering this interest item.
