You will enter your spouse's information in the "My Info" section if you want to file married filing separately:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click "My Info" from the left side of your screen
- Scroll down to the filing status and click edit
- Select that you are married and then answer no to filing jointly
- Enter your spouse's information.
You will have to file two returns, one for you and one for your spouse.
