It was not answered and I agree we shouldn't have to assume one way or another. I already know my State requires the 1099s and is part of the CFSF program...so I will have to call the IRS to see if the Quick Employer Forms through TurboTax Business is compliant and will be forwarded to my State. Either that or a call to my State Tax Board.
