Select View>Forms>Click Open Form>enter 1099-R as the form name.
Complete the form.
Be sure to enter all fields from your form including your name and address.
Online help opens a form to enter online but does not populate your software unless you start a new return using the "Continue From Turbo Tax Online" option on the homepage of your software that appears when you start TurboTax.
