When you file your return, check that both your name and SSN agree with your social security card to prevent any delays in processing your return and issuing any refunds.
There isn't a way to attach a document in TurboTax Online. You could send the IRS a separate statement together with a copy of your return (clearly labeled "COPY") explaining which payments were made with the other name, or you could choose to paper-file your TurboTax return.
