When did you enter the country with F-1 or ? What country are you from ( India)? Is your current status an extension of the original F-1 or what? Are you now filing 2018 or just preparing for 2019? Is this a W-2 you are talking about or 1099-MIsc or just paystub or what?
Assuming that you are still a non-resident alien, any earnings can still be taxed by the federal and the state , unless limited by Tax agreement between US and your home country.
