Assuming you want to file married filing jointly, you can use either one of your previous accounts to file the joint return. You can't combine the information from two previous accounts so you should probably pick the account from which the most complicated tax return was filed and transfer from that account. If you don't really care about transferring from a previous year, you can create a totally new account for your joint return.
