The income is miscellaneous income not subject to self-employment tax.
Look for the Less Common Income section.
Click the Start/Update button to the right of Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C.
Click the Start/Update button to the right of Other reportable income.
Click the "Yes" button on the screen that asks whether you have Any Other Taxable Income.
Enter a description and the amount of the income you earned from serving.
