Can I put 2016 tax payments into 2018 TurboTax?

In 2018, I received notice from both the IRS and NC DOR of underpayment of tax due in 2016; so I paid IRS $4919 and NCDOR $1133.55. Where do I put these in 2018 TurboTax to get credit on these taxes?
