I have been a customer for a few years. This year I have an issue customer service cannot solve and they refuse to refund the 68$ fee.when I try to electronic file I keep having transmission didnt go through ,transmission is not available error its not cookies and cache and isnt a form .single and dont claim dependents.only need 1040 and my states tax form which is available..this issue is on tt and and they dont know or dont care to fix this issue since I have already paid them the fee .I am unable to file electronically due to tt error. I advise anyone who haven't paid tt the fee to seek possible alternative tex preparer besides turbo tax. I will file a complaint with the BBB and contact my states attorney general office for fraud .tt accepted my money for a service they cant deliver ,which is fraud to me.i have been a customer for 9 years .I will not be using tt again after this issue.
