Hello. The critical part of the question was left unanswered. Is the Quick Employer Forms (TurboTax) submission of the 1099 NECs to the IRS done in a way to be considered CF/SF compliant? If so, the assumption is that the 1099 NECs would then be forwarded to the required State by the IRS. We understand that as it relates to this specific form, Quick Employer Forms (TurboTax) is not forwarding the forms to the State under any circumstance. For now the assumption we must make is that your submission to the IRS is NOT CF/SF compliant.
