Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Hey I am still having the same issue. Would you mind sharing with me any info you have? I spoke with 2 agents and a supervisor today. The first agent told me I would be better off to file somewhere else that it cannot be fixed after screen sharing and seeing the issue. The second agent spent 3 hours troubleshooting alongside a supervisor. The supervisor even controlled my computer and couldn't fix it. They updated my address in Credit Karma as it was wrong, and changed my middle name to just the initial to match TurboTax. They said it should be resolved in 24 hours after making the update that the system has to process the changes. I contacted Credit Karma and they said all my information is correct on their systems. I was told to call TurboTax tomorrow if I can't file still (I just tried and I'm still in the loop) and that they will likely begin an investigation.
