If you're using TurboTax Online and you both had accounts, one of you can use their account and update the info in the MY INFO section to add your spouse. That way you don't have to start from scratch, as one person's data from last year will be there.
When you Efile, enter each of your AGI's from last year where requested.
Don't forget you may want to adjust your W-4's with your employers, if you haven't done so.
