Even if TurboTax knows that Walmart has reported their W-2s into the computer system, your W-2 is not automatically downloaded and assigned to your tax return file. You have to login and get it. When you go to the W-2 page, you should see a screen that says something like “do you want to download your W-2 or do you want to enter it yourself?”
