We need a bit more clarification if possible. Not having access to your return I cannot say for certain, but is it possible there is something on your W-2 that indicates you worked in DC or have other income reported elsewhere on your return that pertains to DC? Check the source of all items entered in your return, especially your W-2, to see if anything entered may have a DC source.
