After running through TurboTax Desktop, I confirmed that there is an option for adding another 1095-A. Please follow the following steps and verify if you are still having the same issue:

Select Federal Taxes
Select Deductions & Credits
Select I'll choose what I work on
Scroll down to Medical, choose Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
Look for blue Add another directly under the policy number
