Do not omit the 1099 for the MCTR. This will either cause a delay with your refund or it will cause the IRS to determine that you did not report all of your income and you will have a penalty later. The 1099 is sent to the IRS as well as to you, so your tax return must match their data. If you omit the 1099, it will not match.
