I went to the forms view, w2 statement and corrected it there, and not on the step by step view where you enter the W2 info.  It let me put a zero in that box 11.  I think the program is confused because there is a new line on the other income form, 8t, that wasn’t there last year.  It’s used for income that’s not reported on your W2, I believe for business or non wage income and uses box 10, but I’m not an account.  I think that box 11 cannot be greater than box 1a, which should already  include box 11 income.   But bottom line is to edit in forms view to agree to the inputs from your actual W2.  If it won’t let you do that then reach out to their support line.  I’m sure they are working on this issue…
