The amount in column B can't be zero. You must enter the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP). The SLCSP is the second-lowest priced health insurance plan in the Silver category that was available when you applied for insurance at Healthcare Marketplace.
You can use the Health coverage tax tool to figure to get the SLCSP it is not on your Form 1095-A.
