How to amend a return that's still pending according to the TurboTax software, but rejected per email?

Preface: I filed with my own account on the purchased software my boyfriend has. It allows up to 5 returns under separate user names and that is not part of this issue. 

In the app software, it states my efile from last Thursday is still pending but I recieved a rejection from  Turbo tax saying I need to fix my AGI from 2021. I have the information, but the IRS has no record of me filing my 2022 return and TurboTax says its pending so I cannot fix this and refile. 

I'm not able to bring it up anywhere but the app to see it pending either. 

Any tips or ideas on how to fix my AGI when it's been pending for a while and I know it's rejected (per TurboTax)? I cannot access the app until I'm home rather late tonight to see if it's still pending even or use the help that comes with the software purchase.
