2022 return -Iowa state, 2021 fed refund is put in as full amount ex. $1234 (pulled from 2021 return), but on line 27 of state form, it only has $32. Is this wrong?

I believe that line 27 on the Iowa 1040 should match the value from the 2021 refund. It doesn't. In the entry screen, it automatically pulled in the value from last year (a 4 digit number), which is correct. But on the final 1040, this value is only 32, which is much lower than the amount of the federal return from 2021 return. I don't believe any adjustments should be made to the amount entered.
